All prints are made to order, then shipped out as soon as possible!
SIZING
A3 size measures 297 × 420 mm or 11.7 × 16.5 inches. Cutting it in half will create two A4 sizes (i.e. it is double the size!) A4 size measures 210 × 297 mm or 8.3 × 11.7 inches.

Who is our shipping provider?
We use local post to ship our orders. This includes Australia Post, DHL or Emirates post depending where in the world we are shipping to.
How much does shipping cost?
Depending on your delivery address - local or international - your delivery costs will be added at the check out. Shipping for paintings is calculated based on size and location.
When will I receive my print?
Typically within 10 business days, your order will arrive. All orders come with tracking, so you’ll be able to check in. Please be aware that there are occasionally delays.
How do my prints arrive?
Our pieces are protected by acid free plastic and wrapping. If there are any issues with the arrival of your piece, please let us know by taking a photo and sending it to info@sophielecouteur.com
How do I know my print is going to last?
We’ve heavily researched into the best type of fine art prints to ensure the best quality (seriously, these prints are going to last hundreds of years with no fading). They’re all printed on 308 gsm fine art cotton paper, with pigment based ink.
What size frame should I use for my prints?
All of the prints come unframed and suit fit frames that fit an A4 or A3 work! Our prints look so different when framed, and we’d love to see what you chose - please tag us on Instagram with your final look, so we can check it out!
What is your returns policy?
Please choose carefully when deciding to order your unique art as I am unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind. If the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. If you have any problems with your items please email Sophie on info@sophielecouteur.com
